SYUCAI TRAINING INSTITUTE L.L.C is an official legal entity registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It is an international company operating under UAE law, holding an active training-center license issued by the Dubai Department of Economic Development and official registration under the laws of the Emirate of Dubai.

STI branches operate in Russia (Moscow) and in the Republic of Kazakhstan (Astana, registered with the AIFC). The authorization to conduct educational processes within STI-licensed courses and activities is approved by Dubai Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA), the government body responsible for the development and quality of private education in Dubai. STI is also officially registered with the UAE Federal Tax Authority.

What is Bata and when is it pronounced?
Bata is an ancient Kazakh tradition of blessing, as well as a wish for goodness and peace. A traditional bata is given at solemn events, holidays, gatherings and ceremonies: weddings, tusau keser, besikke salu and others.
Despite the variety of occasions, the essence of the blessing is a wish for goodness, happiness and well-being. Bata is also a kind of educational method, serving kindness, mercy and humanity.
Since ancient times, the honorable mission of pronouncing bata was entrusted only to respected, devout people. According to Kazakh customs, bata should be given by an aksakal, an elder. If there are no elders at the event, this right is given to grandmothers; if there are neither grandmothers nor grandfathers, the blessing is given by the oldest and most respected person present.
According to Islamic canons, certain rules must be observed when giving a blessing. First, during bata all present raise their joined palms upward in front of the face. Second, everyone remains silent and listens to the elder. Third, after it ends, everyone passes both palms over the face.
